Freezing is the only method of preservation without the use of additives, chemicals or preservatives.
Immediately after the fresh foods are prepared, they are frozen to ensure a quality product.
Fruits and vegetables are chosen when they are perfectly ripe and at its peak, ready to be steamed
and pureed. Freezing also keeps in most all of the precious nutrients, as well.
|
 |
Steaming is the best way to keep in precious vitamins and nutrients, as well as maintaining the
vegetable's flavor.

Yes, all our containers are microwave safe. You must remove the plastic seal and lid beforehand,
however.
Use microwave on high power at 3 minutes and always watch package in microwave to prevent
splatter. Remove, stir and serve. Always test food for correct temperature and hotspots before feeding a
baby. You may also thaw in the refrigerator overnight, then heat in microwave until warm.
Never thaw without refrigeration, as bacteria may grow. You may also run hot water on package.
Our containers are also compatible to be used with bottle/ baby food warmers.
Follow directions on the bottle/ baby food warmer, however.
There is some talk about plastics containing
Phthalates may be harmful when microwaved. Our

contain phthalates. Our containers are safe for food
consumption. Our cups are

CCOF is our 3rd party certifier.
If you have any questions about the origin of an ingredient,
please feel
free to contact us. Our fish in the Herbed Rice & Salmon is Wild Alsakan Salmon, which is the best source of fish that is sustainable without disturbing our ecosystems. It is the ONLY ingredient that is not organic because the US does not regulate sea waters, yet. Organic Fish in the US is non-existent.

GMO stands for Genetically Modified Organisms. It
means none of our products contain produce that has
beed modified through cross breeding different species
or splicing genes for the sake of producing a larger
yield of produce. This process compromises the
nutritional value of the produce , as well as the
future of sustained agriculture. All of our
ingredients are organic and wholesome.

A baby's stomach is very sensitive to the smallest things. Spices such as salt, pepper, garlic, etc. may
upset their delicate system. Herbs, however, are gentle, fragrant, and savory.
Herbs are also a great source to vitamins and greens necessary for a balanced diet in adults and babies.
Herbs are also proven to clear the body of toxins.

Flaxseeds are a great source of Omega-3 (alpha linolenic acids) which is a fatty acid good for brain development.
They are the same healthy fats found in fish. They are beneficial to the development of a baby's brain.
It is also a good source of iron and fiber. The flaxseeds are ground to a powder and added to each meal.

We recommend FIFIBEAR'S BRASSERIE for babies 6 months and up. Babies who have already gone through
the test foods for allergies (one ingredient at a time) are a good candidate. Since all our meals are pureed
to a textured consistency, babies who don't have enough teeth to chew foods are also good candidates.
However, you may want to thin out the consistency according to how experienced the baby is in eating
solid foods. Thicker for more experienced, thinner for beginners.
|
 |
Yes, you may thin out the pureed meals to the desired consistency using breast milk, formula or water.
However, remember to add the breast milk or formula after microwaving the meal, since breast milk and
formula may lose nutrients in the microwave.

These crystals are merely the steam dissipating from the food after it has been cooked, packaged and
frozen. We flash freeze our products meaning immediately after our products are cooked we freeze it.
Naturally, the heat from the food creates steam, which in turn, turns into crystals during low temperatures.
The quality of the food is not affected, nor compromised.
